Our Process
-
1. Let's Connect
The first step is easy! Fill out my enquiry form and tell me all about your wedding plans. I'll check my availability, then we'll organise a quick phone call or Zoom to chat through your vision, answer any questions, and make sure we're the perfect fit.
Not a fan of phone calls? No worries! If you're more of an email kind of person, we can absolutely chat that way instead. Whatever makes you feel most comfortable.
-
2. Make It Official
Once you're ready to lock me in, I'll send through your contract, invoice & questionnaire. A signed agreement and $500 retainer secures your date in my calendar, and then the exciting part begins!
-
3. The Planning Begins
From here, I'm in your corner.
Throughout your planning journey, I'm here to answer questions, recommend trusted vendors, help shape your timeline, and share plenty of tips from photographing weddings over the years. Whether you need advice on sunset timings, family photos, or simply someone to bounce ideas off, you've got me!
-
4. Let's Get Crowdy
Around 4–6 weeks before your wedding, we'll catch up over a coffee, wine, or Zoom to walk through everything together. We'll finalise your timeline, family photo list, special moments, and all the little details so you can head into your wedding day feeling confident, relaxed, and excited.
-
5. It's Wedding Day!
This is where you stop planning and start soaking it all in.
I'll be there to document every laugh, happy tear, quiet moment, and dance floor celebration while keeping things relaxed, natural, and fun. I'll gently guide you when needed, disappear into the background when it matters, and work alongside your vendor team to help everything flow seamlessly.
-
6. Sneak Peeks
The confetti has barely settled before you'll receive a selection of sneak peeks to relive the magic and share with your favourite people.
-
7. Your Gallery
After carefully editing every image, your online gallery will arrive, filled with all the big moments, little moments, and everything in between within 10 weeks. It's your story, beautifully preserved, ready to revisit for years to come.
